Photography is something that started as a hobby. I was always using my mom's camera growing up and taking photos of me and my friends. In high school I joined yearbook and that really solidified my love for photo journalism. Later on as a freshmen in college I asked my dad for a camera for Christmas. I had no Idea which model I wanted I just knew I needed something to start my dream. We drove to Roberts Camera in Indianapolis and he got me a brand new Nikon camera. I can remember it truly being one of the best days of my life. From there I slowly started my business and upgraded my gear as I went on. A couple of years later I found out I was pregnant with my oldest daughter when I was a junior in college. From that moment on I put my all into photography. I wanted to stay home with her while still chasing my dream of becoming a real photographer. Looking back I am so proud of my persistence, drive, and creativity. 

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Karlie Izbicki. My two full time jobs are photographer + mom to two little girls. I am a firefighter wife + a Ball State University alumni who decided to take a chance post graduation and become a full time photographer…… and man am I so glad I did.
Time is something we do not get back in this life. It’s my job to freeze the moments big and small & turn them into nostalgic art passed down for generations.

I am your average mom, sister, daughter and wife. Family is my priority. Next, is my business. I am a lover of reading, cats, coffee, food, music and so much more. I am a mix between an extrovert and introvert. I love being social and meeting new friends. However, I love staying in my comfort zone and watching movies with my loved ones. Fall is my favorite season and Christmas is my favorite holiday. lets be friends!!
